Taro ball, also known as Mandarin 芋圆 is a traditional cuisine dessert made of taro. Taro ball can be served as topping of bubble tea or with other dessert such as pudding or glass jelly.
1. Boil enough water
2. Cook taro ball for 2 minutes until it floating
3. Add fructose or Taiwanese honey
4. Consume within four hours
