Yunluoxiang Green Tea Brewing Guide: 

Tea Leaves: 50g
Hot Water: 1000ml
Water Temperature: 80–85°C
Steeping Time: 8 minutes

Steps

1. Add 50g of tea leaves into the tea brewer

2. Pour in 1000ml hot water (80–85°C)

3. Steep for 8 minutes

4. Filter out the tea leaves

5. Add 150–200g ice to cool the tea

Yield: approx. 1.1L tea base

A modern-style light milk tea featuring the fresh aroma of Yunluoxiang green tea. This drink highlights the natural tea flavour while maintaining a smooth and refreshing milk finish.

Ingredients

Yunluoxiang Green Tea (brewed) — 180ml
Fresh Milk — 120ml
Fructose Syrup — 15ml
Ice — Full Cup

Optional Topping:
Cheese Foam — 40g

Instructions

1. Add fructose syrup into the shaker.

2. Pour in 180ml Yunluoxiang green tea.

3. Add 120ml fresh milk.

4. Fill the shaker with ice.

5. Shake well for 8–10 seconds.

6. Pour into a serving cup.

7. (Optional) Top with cheese foam.
