Jasmine is a genus of shrubs and vines with about 200 species, native to tropical and warm temperate regions. The flowers are strongly and sweetly scented, and blossom in the spring and summer in most species.
Brewing Method for Tea
Ingredients and Proportions
Tea leaves: 100 grams
Hot water (75°C): 3500 ml
Ice: 1500 grams
Steps
Step 1
Measure 100 grams of loose tea leaves and place them into the bucket.
Add 3500 ml of hot water at 75°C.
Cover the bucket and let the tea steep for 7 minutes.
Step 2
Remove the tea leaves from the bucket.
Strain the tea liquid.
Add 1500 grams of ice to the tea.
Stir the mixture until the ice is fully dissolved.
