Glass jelly, or leaf jelly is a jelly-like dessert carefully created by boiling the aged stalks and leaves of the plant Mesona Chinensis with other ingredients to produce this delicious semi-sweet translucent black jelly. Glass Jerry in a convenient liquid form to quickly create delicious grassy jelly to serve as a dessert, in drinks, or hot or cold by itself!

You can add a bit of Honey or Condensed Milk to set off its bitter taste

How to cook Grass Jelly Topping

  1. Mix 30g of grass jelly powder with 600ml water in a pot
  2. Slow cook and keep stiring until boiling . Make sure powder is completely dissolved.
  3. Turn off the heat, let cool at room temperature.
  4. Leave in the fridge for around 2 hours before serving.

Shelf Life: 18 months
