🧊 Storage & Shelf Life

• Keep frozen at -18°C or below

• Shelf life: 18 months

• Once cooked, best consumed within 4 hours (store at room temperature 18–32°C)

👩🍳 Cooking Instructions

• Bring water to a boil (ratio 10:1, water to pearls).
• Add tapioca pearls and cook for about 3 minutes until they float.
• Turn off heat, cover with lid, and let sit for another 2–3 minutes.
• Drain and rinse with cold water before serving.
