Product Description:
Da Hong Pao is a premium Wuyi rock oolong tea, known for its rich, roasted aroma and smooth, full-bodied flavour. It pairs exceptionally well with milk bases, making it ideal for use in milk tea shops. Its lingering aftertaste and balanced bitterness provide a strong tea foundation for both milk and fruit tea beverages.

Cold Brew Method (for Milk Tea Preparation):

  1. Boil 1250ml of water.

  2. Add 50g of Da Hong Pao tea leaves.

  3. Cover and steep for 10 minutes.

  4. Strain out the tea leaves.

  5. Add 750g of ice to cool down the tea.
This yields a robust cold brew tea base suitable for milk tea recipes.
Note: To keep the tea fresh, consume within 4 hours after brewing.
