Normal brown sugar syrup is more liquidy than Tiger Brown Sugar Syrup. Some stores add brown sugar syrup into cooked pearls instead of fructose to enhance the flavor of brown sugar.
Perfect sweetener for classic milk teas and tapiocal pearls. Also can be added to smoothies, cold or hot drinks or desserts.
How to make brown sugar flavored milk tea (500ml)
- Put 200ml of black tea or oolong tea into a 500ml shaker
- Add 30g of creamer and stir until dissolved
- Add 30ml of flavor syrup into shaker
- Add Fructose to tase if desired
- Shake it well and enjoy
