Glass Jerry in a convenient liquid form to quickly create delicious grassy jelly to serve as a dessert, in drinks, or hot or cold by itself!
You can add a bit of Honey or Condensed Milk to set off its bitter taste
How to cook Grass Jelly Topping
- Mix 30g of grass jelly powder with 600ml water in a pot
- Slow cook and keep stiring until boiling . Make sure powder is completely dissolved.
- Turn off the heat, let cool at room temperature.
- Leave in the fridge for around 2 hours before serving.
